Shipping policy

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 2 to 5 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

  • Average transit times to UAE: 3-5 business days
  • Average transit times to Lebanon and rest of GCC: 5-7 business days
  • Average transit time to the United States: 8-15 business days
  • Average transit times to International: 10-25 business days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company. 

After your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email containing details of your order and shipment (including the tracking number). Please use our Track Your Order page for order delivery details.

CUSTOMS FEES

We ship on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase.

We are unable to advise the amount, as they change from country to country depending on local imports legislation. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or extreme weather conditions. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You must cancel your order 2 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. 

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

Please double check your mailing address before placing your order via direct checkout or PayPal. We cannot be responsible if you do not receive your order because we were given the wrong mailing address.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please only contact us at support@looxe.co if you have not received your order within the stated working days above. If you have not received the parcel and the tracking shows delivered, our procedure is to send a replacement. 

If the tracking number shows as delivered and/or includes a photo of the delivered parcel, we cannot take any responsibility for stolen parcels.

Once the order is shipped we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen mail.
